This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast
Minnesota, northeast Iowa, and southwest into central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Late This Afternoon through Tonight

Northwest winds will gust into the 25 to 40 mph range through
this evening. This may make travel difficult for high profile
vehicles.

In addition, wind chills will lower into the single digits above
and below zero late tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Wind chills in the single digits above and below zero will
continue into Tuesday morning.

Light snow accumulations are possible Wednesday mainly along and
northeast of Interstate 94.
