A WIND CHILL ADVISORY CONTINUES THROUGH 10 AM MONDAY. EXPECT WIND
CHILLS OF 20 TO 35 BELOW THROUGH MID MORNING MONDAY.

ANOTHER SHOT OF ARCTIC AIR AND WIND CHILLS OF 15 TO 30 BELOW
