A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT
FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHWEST
WISCONSIN. RAIN OR A RAIN AND SNOW MIX WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE
REGION SUNDAY MORNING AND CHANGE OVER TO ALL SNOW LATE SUNDAY
AFTERNOON AND EVENING. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES ARE
EXPECTED BY MONDAY MORNING. SOME LIGHT FREEZING RAIN IS ALSO
POSSIBLE SUNDAY NIGHT MAINLY ALONG AND WEST OF THE MISSISSIPPI
RIVER...BUT ITS OCCURRENCE IS LESS CERTAIN. IF FREEZING RAIN
DEVELOPS...A GLAZE OF ICE IS POSSIBLE BY MONDAY MORNING. EXPECT A
RETURN TO WINTER WEATHER DRIVING CONDITIONS SUNDAY AND SUNDAY
