A BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH 6 PM TODAY.
NORTHWEST WINDS GUSTING UP TO 40 MPH WILL CREATE OCCASIONAL
BLIZZARD CONDITIONS. TRAVEL COULD BE IMPACTED FROM THE BLOWING
SNOW AND LOW VISIBILITIES...ESPECIALLY ACROSS RURAL AREAS.
ADDITIONAL SNOW AMOUNTS THROUGH THIS EVENING WILL BE AROUND A
HALF INCH.
