IOWA...SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...AND SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE TONIGHT. IF THEY DEVELOP...THEY WILL BE
CAPABLE OF VERY HEAVY RAIN...WHICH COULD RESULT IN FLASH
FLOODING. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT THROUGH 10 AM
WEDNESDAY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES CONTINUE INTO WEDNESDAY NIGHT. HEAVY
RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY MORNING...WHICH MAY LEAD TO FLASH
FLOODING.

THERE WILL BE PERIODIC THUNDERSTORM CHANCES FRIDAY THROUGH
MONDAY. AT THIS TIME IT IS TOO EARLY TO DISCERN WHETHER THERE
WILL BE A SEVERE RISK.

HEAT INDEX VALUES OF 100 TO 115 ARE EXPECTED THURSDAY
AFTERNOON...AND FROM 95 TO 100 FRIDAY AFTERNOON. AN EXCESSIVE HEAT
WATCH IS IN EFFECT.
