THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST
IOWA...SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND SOUTHWEST INTO CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR THE ENTIRE AREA TONIGHT.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL SPREAD IN LATE THIS AFTERNOON OVER NORTHEAST
IOWA AND SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA. THE STORMS WILL SPREAD NORTHEAST
AND BECOME WIDESPREAD TONIGHT AS A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
LIFTS INTO THE UPPER MIDWEST. A FEW OF THE STORMS LATE THIS
AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING COULD BE SEVERE...MAINLY ACROSS
NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN. THE MAIN THREATS WOULD BE
HEAVY RAIN...DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE WIDESPREAD
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES TONIGHT...WITH THE HEAVIER
AMOUNTS MORE LIKELY FROM NORTHEAST IOWA INTO CENTRAL WISCONSIN...
AND POINTS SOUTH. THIS APPEARS TO BE THE AREA WHERE THE THREAT
FOR FLASH FLOODING IS HIGHER. RIVER AND CREEKS WILL RISE FROM THE
RAINFALL AREA-WIDE...AND THE TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS COULD RESULT IN
STREET FLOODING IN TOWNS AND CITIES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES THROUGH MID MORNING WEDNESDAY.

THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINS AND DOWNPOURS WILL PUSH EAST OF THE
AREA WEDNESDAY MORNING. GUSTY WINDS ARE POSSIBLE WITH ANY
THUNDERSTORMS.

EVENING...MAINLY ACROSS NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN.
