NORTH ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH 2 PM. BY 2 PM THE NORTHERN EDGE IS
EXPECTED TO BE APPROACHING A WABASHA MINNESOTA TO BLACK RIVER
FALLS AND NECEDAH WISCONSIN LINE.

SOME WET SNOW MAY BE MIXED IN AT TIMES...ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE
HIGHER TERRAIN AREAS OF NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA.
ANY SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WOULD BE MAINLY A DUSTING...WHILE RAIN
AMOUNTS FROM NOON TO 2 PM WILL BE A TRACE TO 5 HUNDRETHS OF AN
INCH. IF DRIVING...BE ALERT WET ROADS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF ICY
SPOTS.
