DEGREES...WHICH WAS 9.1 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. THE AVERAGE HIGH
TEMPERATURE WAS 32.7 DEGREES AND THE AVERAGE LOW WAS 16.8 DEGREES.
THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE DURING THE MONTH WAS 55 DEGREES...WHICH
