SURVEY SUMMARY: Tornado confirmation based on video, photos,
and amateur radio storm spotters on the storm. The storm
produced a long-lived funnel with only one confirmed brief
touchdown via witnesses.

SURVEY_SUMMARY: A funnel, and brief tornadoes, traveled north /via
video analysis/ from Chester Woods Park, north across Hwy 14. Minor
tree damage was reported in Chester Woods Park by TV media. No
other damage was reported.

Tornadoes into the following categories.

EF0...Weak......65 to 85 mph
EF1...Weak......86 to 110 mph
EF2...Strong....111 to 135 mph
