THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE MONTH WAS 42.8 DEGREES WHICH WAS 9.0
DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL AND TIED NOVEMBER 2009 AS THE 2ND WARMEST ON
RECORD. THE WARMEST NOVEMBER ON RECORD WAS 45.4 DEGREES IN 2001. THE
AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 51.7 DEGREES AND THE AVERAGE LOW WAS
33.8 DEGREES. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE WAS 71 DEGREES ON THE
5TH...WHILE THE LOWEST READING WAS 18 DEGREES WHICH OCCURRED ON THE
21ST.

ROCHESTER RECEIVED 1.37 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION DURING THE MONTH OF
NOVEMBER. THIS WAS 0.54 INCHES BELOW NORMAL. THE GREATEST 24-HOUR
PRECIPITATION WAS 0.69 INCHES WHICH FELL FROM THE 22ND TO 23RD. TOTAL
SNOWFALL WAS 1.0 INCHES. THIS WAS 5.1 INCHES BELOW THE NORMAL OF 6.1
INCHES.

...DISCUSSION... A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE DOMINATED THE MAJORITY OF
THE MONTH AND RESULTED MUCH ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND DRIER THAN
NORMAL WEATHER. THIS BROUGHT 27 DAYS WITH ABOVE NORMAL AVERAGE
TEMPERATURES WITH THE ONLY BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES RECORDED ON THE
19TH, 20TH AND 21ST. RAINFALL FOR THE MONTH WAS ALSO SPARSE WITH NO
RAINFALL RECORDED THROUGH THE FIRST 17 DAYS.

...LOOKING AHEAD TO DECEMBER...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER IS 19.7 DEGREES...
WITH AN AVERAGE HIGH OF 27.1 AND AN AVERAGE LOW OF 12.2 DEGREES. THE
NORMAL HIGH DROPS FROM 32 DEGREES ON THE 1ST...TO 24 DEGREES ON THE
