AND RECEIVED WELL BELOW NORMAL PRECIPITATION IN THE MONTH OF
APRIL...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS 49.8 DEGREES. THIS WAS 1.2 DEGREES ABOVE
NORMAL. THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 59.6 DEGREES AND THE
AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS 40.0 DEGREES. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE
FOR THE MONTH WAS 83 DEGREES...WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 17TH AND 18TH.
THE COLDEST TEMPERATURE WAS 20 DEGREES...WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 9TH.

LA CROSSE RECEIVED 1.08 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION DURING THE MONTH.
THIS WAS 2.26 INCHES BELOW NORMAL. THE GREATEST 24-HOUR
PRECIPITATION TOTAL WAS FORTY TWO HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH...WHICH
OCCURRED ON THE 30TH.
