AND SNOWFALL OBSERVED AT LA CROSSE WI DURING JANUARY 2016...

THE AVERAGE JANUARY TEMPERATURE IN LA CROSSE WAS 19.4 DEGREES WHICH
WAS 2.0 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 26.5
DEGREES WHILE THE AVERAGE LOW FOR THE MONTH WAS 12.4 DEGREES. THE
HIGHEST TEMPERATURE FOR THE MONTH WAS 42 DEGREES WHICH OCCURRED ON
