...A statement concerning The Mississippi River at Lake City...Alma
Dam 4...Lansing...

Heavy rain has resulted in significant rises on area rivers, streams
and creeks. However, no flooding is expected at this time at these
locations.

Mississippi River at Lake City...The stage this morning was 14.27
feet. Flood stage is 16.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 14.30
feet today, which is below flood stage.

Mississippi River at Alma Dam 4...The stage this morning was 11.81
feet. Flood stage is 16.0 feet. The river is forecast to continue to
fall over the next several days.

Mississippi River at Lansing...The stage this morning was 13.66 feet.
Flood stage is 17.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 14.40 feet
Saturday, which is below flood stage.
