...A statement concerning The Cedar River at Lansing...Charles
City...

Heavy rain has resulted in significant rises on area rivers, streams
and creeks. However, no additional flooding is expected at this time.

Cedar River at Lansing...The stage this morning was 14.14 feet. Flood
stage is 18.0 feet. The river is forecast to continue to fall over
the next several days.

Cedar River at Charles City...The stage this morning was 10.54 feet.
Flood stage is 12.0 feet. The river is forecast to continue to fall
over the next several days.
