...A statement concerning The Cedar River at Lansing Minnesota and
Charles City Iowa...

Heavy rain on Tuesday caused significant rises along the Cedar River
at both Lansing Minnesota and Charles City Iowa. However, no flooding
is expected at this time.

Cedar River at Lansing...The stage this morning was 13.26 feet. Flood
stage is 18.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 14.40 feet this
evening, which is below flood stage.

Cedar River at Charles City...The stage this morning was  7.17 feet.
Flood stage is 12.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 10.50 feet
this evening, which is below flood stage.
