...A statement concerning The Kickapoo River at Readstown...Gays
Mills...Steuben...Trempealeau River at Dodge...

Recent rainfall has resulted in significant rises on area rivers,
streams and creeks. However, no flooding is expected at this time.

Kickapoo River at Readstown...The stage this morning was  9.5 feet.
Flood stage is 11.0 feet. The river is expected to continue to fall
and drop below 8 feet Saturday morning.

Kickapoo River at Gays Mills...No observed stage was available. Flood
stage is 13.0 feet. The river is expected to continue to
fall and drop below 11 feet tonight.

Kickapoo River at Steuben...The stage this morning was 10.6 feet.
Flood stage is 12.0 feet. The river is expected to begin to fall
and drop below 10 feet Saturday afternoon.

Trempealeau River at Dodge...The stage this morning was 8.7 feet.
Flood stage is 9.0 feet. The river is forecast to begin to fall this
afternoon 8.70 feet and drop below 7 feet Saturday night.
