...A STATEMENT CONCERNING THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER AT ALMA DAM 4...
LANSING...UPPER IOWA RIVER AT DORCHESTER HWY 76...


RECENT HEAVY RAIN HEAVY RAIN HAS RESULTED IN SIGNIFICANT RISES
ALONG THE MISSISSIPPI AND UPPER IOWA RIVERS.
HOWEVER...NO FLOODING IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

MISSISSIPPI RIVER AT ALMA DAM 4...THE STAGE THIS MORNING WAS 13.8
FEET. FLOOD STAGE IS 16.0 FEET. THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO RISE TO
NEAR 14 FEET SUNDAY...WHICH IS BELOW FLOOD STAGE.

MISSISSIPPI RIVER AT LANSING...THE STAGE THIS MORNING WAS 15.0 FEET.
FLOOD STAGE IS 17.0 FEET. THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO RISE TO NEAR 16.4
FEET NEXT THURSDAY...WHICH IS BELOW FLOOD STAGE.

UPPER IOWA RIVER AT DORCHESTER HWY 76...THE STAGE THIS MORNING WAS
11.2 FEET. FLOOD STAGE IS 14.0 FEET. THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO
FALL BELOW 11 FEET THIS AFTERNOON. THEN...WITH THE EXPECTED RAINFALL
OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. THE RIVER WILL RISE TO NEAR 11 FEET
MONDAY.
