...A statement concerning The Cedar River at Lansing...Dobbins Creek
at Austin 2NE...Upper Iowa River at Dorchester Hwy 76...

Recent heavy rainfall has resulted in significant rises on area rivers, streams
and creeks. However, no flooding is expected at this time.

Cedar River at Lansing...The stage this morning was 16.20 feet. Flood
stage is 18.0 feet. The river is forecast to continue to fall below 14.0
feet by Wednesday night and continue to drop over the next several days.

Dobbins Creek at Austin 2NE...The stage this morning was  9.27 feet.
Flood stage is 11.5 feet. This is forecasted to drop below 9.00 feet
by late tonight.

Upper Iowa River at Dorchester Hwy 76...The stage this morning was
13.90 feet. Flood stage is 14.0 feet. The river crested at 14.1 feet
this morning. The river is forecast to continue to fall below 11.0
feet by Wednesday night and continue to drop over the next several days.
