RUNOFF FROM MELTING SNOW OVER THE PAST FEW WEEKS AND RECENT
RAINFALL WILL CAUSE HIGH WATER ALONG THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER
FROM LAKE CITY MINNESOTA DOWNSTREAM TO GUTTENBERG IOWA THROUGH NEXT
WEEK. THE LATEST FORECAST INFORMATION IS INCLUDED BELOW.

MISSISSIPPI RIVER AT LAKE CITY...THE STAGE THIS MORNING WAS 12.8
FEET. FLOOD STAGE IS 16.0 FEET. THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO RISE
TO NEAR 13 FEET SATURDAY...WHICH IS BELOW FLOOD STAGE.

MISSISSIPPI RIVER AT WABASHA...THE STAGE THIS MORNING WAS 11.3 FEET.
FLOOD STAGE IS 12.0 FEET. THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO RISE TO NEAR 11.5
FEET SUNDAY MORNING...WHICH IS BELOW FLOOD STAGE.

MISSISSIPPI RIVER AT ALMA DAM 4...THE STAGE THIS MORNING WAS 9.8
FEET. FLOOD STAGE IS 16.0 FEET. THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO RISE TO
NEAR 9.9 FEET SATURDAY...WHICH IS BELOW FLOOD STAGE.

MISSISSIPPI RIVER AT WINONA...THE STAGE THIS MORNING WAS 10.9 FEET.
FLOOD STAGE IS 13.0 FEET. THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO FALL NEAR
10.6 FEET WEDNESDAY AND REMAIN NEARLY STEADY THROUGH THE END
OF THE WEEK.

MISSISSIPPI RIVER AT LA CROSSE...THE STAGE THIS MORNING WAS 10.5
FEET. FLOOD STAGE IS 12.0 FEET. THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO FALL TO
NEAR 10.1 FEET AND REMAIN NEARLY STEADY THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK.

MISSISSIPPI RIVER AT LANSING...THE STAGE THIS MORNING WAS 13 FEET.
FLOOD STAGE IS 17.0 FEET. THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO CONTINUE TO
SLOWLY FALL AND DROP BELOW 12 FEET FRIDAY.

MISSISSIPPI RIVER AT GUTTENBERG DAM 10...THE STAGE THIS MORNING WAS
14.9 FEET. FLOOD STAGE IS 15.0 FEET. THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO
CONTINUE TO SLOWLY FALL OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS.
