...A STATEMENT CONCERNING THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER AT WABASHA...

THE RECENT HEAVY RAIN ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI
DRAINAGE IS BRINGING HIGHER THAN NORMAL RIVER LEVELS AROUND THE
WABAHSHA AREA. HOWEVER...NO FLOODING IS EXPECTED AT THIS
TIME.

MISSISSIPPI RIVER AT WABASHA...THE STAGE THIS MORNING WAS 10.23 FEET.
FLOOD STAGE IS 12.0 FEET. THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO REACH 10.60 FEET
MONDAY MORNING...WHICH IS BELOW FLOOD STAGE. RIVER LEVELS WILL THE
START TO FALL TUESDAY.
