...A statement concerning The Middle Fork Whitewater River at
Whitewater Park...

Recent rainfall has resulted in rises along the Whitewater River.
No flooding is expected at this time, however if more rain falls
than what is forecasted this afternoon and evening...there is
potential for the Whitewater River to rise to near flood stage.


Middle Fork Whitewater River at Whitewater Park...The stage today was
11.8 feet. Flood stage is 13.5 feet. The river is forecast to rise
to near 12.5 feet this evening, which is below flood stage.
