HYDROLOGIC STATEMENT

...A statement concerning The Turkey River at Elkader...Garber...
Upper Iowa River at Dorchester Hwy 76...

Recent heavy rainfall has resulted in significant rises on area
rivers, streams and creeks. However, no flooding is expected at this
time.

Turkey River at Elkader...The stage this morning was  6.71 feet.
Flood stage is 12.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 11.40 feet
Tuesday evening, which is below flood stage.

Turkey River at Garber...The stage this morning was  7.70 feet. Flood
stage is 17.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 14.40 feet
Wednesday morning, which is below flood stage.

Upper Iowa River at Dorchester Hwy 76...The stage this morning was
8.64 feet. Flood stage is 14.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach
12.10 feet Tuesday morning, which is below flood stage.
