HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE LAST WEEK CONTINUES TO RESULT IN ELEVATED
FLOWS ON THE WISCONSIN RIVER AT CASTLE ROCK DAM. THE FLOW MONDAY
MORNING WAS AROUND 21000 CFS...AND THE FORECAST IS FOR THE FLOW TO
CONTINUE TO DROP OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS. FLOODING BEGINS AT 30000
CFS.
