...A statement concerning The Mississippi River at Lake City...
Wabasha...Alma Dam 4...Winona...La Crosse...Lansing...McGregor...
Guttenberg Dam 10...

Rainfall and snow melt will bring rises along the Mississippi River
into next week. While most locations along the Mississippi
River are currently forecast to remain below flood stage, Wabasha
may reach flood stage Sunday evening.

Mississippi River at Lake City...The stage this morning was 7.81
feet. Flood stage is 16.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 14.60
feet Tuesday morning, which is below flood stage.

Mississippi River at Wabasha...The stage this morning was 7.81 feet.
Flood stage is 12.0 feet. The river is forecast to rise above flood
stage Sunday evening, and reach 12.40 feet Monday evening. This would
result in Minor flooding.

Mississippi River at Alma Dam 4...The stage this morning was 5.87
feet. Flood stage is 16.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 11.40
feet Tuesday morning, which is below flood stage.

Mississippi River at Winona...The stage this morning was 6.38 feet.
Flood stage is 13.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 12.50 feet
Tuesday morning, which is below flood stage. Additional rises are
possible there after.

Mississippi River at La Crosse...The stage this morning was 6.71
feet. Flood stage is 12.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 11.80
feet Tuesday morning, which is below flood stage.  Additional rises
are possible there after.

Mississippi River at Lansing...The stage this morning was 8.71 feet.
Flood stage is 17.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 11.60 feet
Tuesday morning, which is below flood stage.  Additional rises are
possible there after.

Mississippi River at McGregor...The stage this morning was 9.85
feet. Flood stage is 16.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 15.30
feet Tuesday morning, which is below flood stage.  Additional rises
are possible there after.

Mississippi River at Guttenberg Dam 10...The stage this morning was
8.69 feet. Flood stage is 15.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach
13.60 feet Tuesday morning, which is below flood stage.  Additional
rises are possible there after.
