...A STATEMENT CONCERNING THE WISCONSIN RIVER AT CASTLE ROCK DAM...

SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL IN RECENT DAYS HAS CAUSED RISES ON THE
WISCONSIN RIVER. FLOW RELEASES FROM CASTLE ROCK DAM REMAIN HIGHER
THAN NORMAL...BUT FLOWS ARE DECEREASING.

WISCONSIN RIVER AT CASTLE ROCK DAM...THE FLOW THIS MORNING WAS 12231
CFS. FLOODING BEGINS AT 30000 CFS. FLOWS WILL CONTINUE TO DECREASE
AND WILL FALL BELOW 10000 CFS BY EARLY WEDNESDAY.
