...A statement concerning The Black River at Black River Falls...
Galesville...

The recent heavy rain has resulted in significant rises on the Black
River.  However, no flooding is expected at this time.

Black River at Black River Falls...The stage this morning was 42.42
feet. Flood stage is 47.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 42.60
feet this evening, then start to fall again tonight.

Black River at Galesville...The stage this morning was  7.23 feet.
Flood stage is 12.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 10.00 feet
Wednesday morning, which is below flood stage.
