...A statement concerning The Mississippi River at Wabasha...Alma Dam
4...Winona...La Crosse...Lansing...

Heavy rain has resulted in significant rises on area rivers, streams
and creeks. However, no flooding at these locations is expected at
this time.

Mississippi River at Wabasha...The stage this morning was 10.88 feet.
Flood stage is 12.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 10.90 feet
today, which is below flood stage.

Mississippi River at Alma Dam 4...The stage this morning was  9.94
feet. Flood stage is 16.0 feet. The river is forecast to continue to
fall over the next several days.

Mississippi River at Winona...The stage this morning was 11.06 feet.
Flood stage is 13.0 feet. The river is forecast to continue to fall
over the next several days.

Mississippi River at La Crosse...The stage this morning was 11.86
feet. Flood stage is 12.0 feet. The river is forecast to continue to
fall over the next several days.

Mississippi River at Lansing...The stage this morning was 14.59 feet.
Flood stage is 17.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 14.80 feet
Wednesday morning, which is below flood stage.
