Heavy rain and ice jamming have resulted in significant rises on area
rivers, streams and creeks. No flooding is expected at this location
this time, but rapid fluctuations can occur with ice jamming and may
lead to higher water level, so use this forecast with caution.

Upper Iowa River at Dorchester Hwy 76...The stage this evening was
13.03 feet. Flood stage is 14.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach
13.90 feet Tuesday morning, which is below flood stage.
