...A statement concerning The Kickapoo River at La Farge...Viola...
Readstown...Soldiers Grove...Gays Mills...Steuben...

Recent rainfall, along with additional forecast rainfall, has caused
river levels to rise. However, water levels will remain below flood
stage.

Kickapoo River at La Farge...The stage this morning was  5.83 feet.
Flood stage is 12.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 10.50 feet
Sunday morning, which is below flood stage.

Kickapoo River at Viola...The stage this morning was  9.18 feet.
Flood stage is 14.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 13.60 feet
Monday morning, which is below flood stage.

Kickapoo River at Readstown...The stage this morning was  7.68 feet.
Flood stage is 11.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach  9.50 feet
Monday morning, which is below flood stage.

Kickapoo River at Soldiers Grove...The stage this morning was  8.40
feet. Flood stage is 13.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 11.60
feet Monday evening, which is below flood stage.

Kickapoo River at Gays Mills...No observed stage was available. Flood
stage is 13.0 feet. The river is forecast to rise to 12.80 feet
Sunday morning, which is below flood stage.

Kickapoo River at Steuben...The stage this morning was  8.41 feet.
Flood stage is 12.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 10.70 feet
Monday evening, which is below flood stage.
