...A statement concerning The Kickapoo River at Steuben...

Heavy rainfall from earlier this week resulted in significant rises
on area rivers, streams and creeks. However, water levels are now
decreasing, and no additional flooding is expected at this time.

Kickapoo River at Steuben...The stage this morning was 11.85 feet.
Flood stage is 12.0 feet. The river crested at 12.6 feet Thursday
morning. The river is forecast to continue to fall over the next
several days.
