...A statement concerning The Upper Iowa River at Bluffton...
Decorah...

Heavy rainfall from Tuesday night and Wednesday morning has resulted
in significant rises on area rivers, streams and creeks. However, water
levels have begun to decrease and no additional flooding is expected at
this time for these locations.

Upper Iowa River at Bluffton...The stage this morning was 12.45 feet.
Flood stage is 14.0 feet. The river is forecast to reach 12.50 feet
today, which is below flood stage.

Upper Iowa River at Decorah...The stage this morning was 9.55 feet.
Flood stage is 12.0 feet. The river is forecast to continue to fall
over the next several days.
