High pressure centered over Iowa and southwest Minnesota brought
mostly sunny skies into the area today. High temperatures ranged
from the single digits above zero across parts of northwest the lower to middle 30s across southwest Iowa.

Under mostly clear skies across the region...temperatures were in
the single digits to lower 20s this evening. The high pressure
system will remain the dominant weather feature across the area
tonight into Sunday. Mostly clear skies can be expected tonight
and partly sunny skies will be the rule Sunday.

Low temperatures tonight will fall into the single digits below to
the teens above zero and high temperatures are expected to rise
into the 20s.

Looking ahead to Sunday night into Tuesday...low pressure will
push into the Great Lakes Region and spread a wintry mix across
the region.
