...STORMS ON THE INCREASE ACROSS WEST-CENTRAL WISCONSIN...

AT 345 PM CDT...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WERE FOUND FROM WEST OF
BLACK RIVER FALLS...TO NEAR ARCADIA...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
MORE STRONG STORMS WERE FURTHER EXPECTED TO MOVE IN FROM THE EAU
CLAIRE AREA AS WELL.

HAIL TO THE SIZE OF NICKELS AND WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE
WITH THESE STORMS THROUGH EARLY EVENING. THERE IS A CHANCE THAT
STRONGER STORMS MAY OCCUR...AND A WARNING WOULD THEN BE ISSUED.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT COULD BE AFFECTED THROUGH 5 PM INCLUDE...
   ARCADIA...BLAIR...ELEVA...CENTERVILLE...AND NORTHFIELD.

THIS STORM MAY INTENSIFY...SO BE CERTAIN TO MONITOR LOCAL RADIO AND
TV STATIONS...AS WELL AS LOCAL CABLE TV OUTLETS...FOR ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION AND POSSIBLE WARNINGS FROM THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM CDT FOR
WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN.
