...PATCHY DENSE FOG LINGERS BUT VISIBILITIES WERE IMPROVING...

VISIBILITIES IN THE FOG ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA WERE IMPROVING AS
OF 9 AM. HOWEVER VISIBILITIES REMAINED BELOW 1/2 MILE IN A FEW
LOCATIONS...ESPECIALLY IN THE LOWER WISCONSIN RIVER VALLEY AND ON
SOME RIDGE TOPS AND OTHER HIGHER ELEVATION LOCATIONS.

THE FOG WILL CONTINUE TO LIFT AND DISSIPATE THROUGH 10 AM. IF
TRAVELING THIS MORNING...REMAIN ALERT FOR REDUCED AND CHANGING
VISIBILITIES DUE TO THE LINGERING FOG.
