WARM TEMPERATURES. WITH SUB FREEZING CONDITIONS EARLY THIS
MORNING...SOME OF THAT MOISTURE IS FREEZING...LEADING TO AREAS OF
BLACK ICE. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SLIPPERY SPOTS ON
UNTREATED AND SECONDARY ROADWAYS THIS MORNING.
