TEMPERATURES OF 10 BELOW TO 20 BELOW COMBINED WITH LIGHT SOUTHEAST
WINDS WERE PRODUCING WIND CHILLS OF -15 TO -25 EARLY THIS MORNING.
CLOUDS ARE GOING TO SPREAD ACROSS THE AREA...WITH TEMPERATURES
SLOWLY RISING FOR THE REST OF THE NIGHT. WINDS WILL SLOWLY
INCREASE AS WELL...WITH WIND CHILLS REMAINING IN THE -15 TO -25
RANGE THROUGH SUNRISE. IF VENTURING OUT EARLY THIS MORNING...DRESS
APPROPRIATELY FOR THE BITTER COLD WIND CHILLS.
