...PATCHY DENSE FOG AGAIN FORMING EARLY THIS MORNING...

THE COMBINATION OF RECENT RAINS AND MOIST GROUND WITH LIGHT WINDS
AND CLEARING SKIES HAS ALLOWED PATCHY DENSE FOG TO FORM EARLY THIS
MORNING. VISIBILITIES IN SOME OF THE FOG WERE BELOW 1/2
MILE...MAINLY FOR LOCATIONS ALONG AND EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI
RIVER.

THE FOG WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP EARLY THIS MORNING WITH FAVORED
LOW LAYING AREAS AS WELL AS SOME RIDGE TOPS SEEING VISIBILITIES
DROP BELOW 1/2 MILE. IF TRAVELING EARLY THIS MORNING...BE ALERT
FOR CHANGING AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES IN FOG.
