AT 11:25 AM...A BAND OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WAS MOVING EAST
ACROSS SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST IOWA LATE THIS
MORNING...APPROACHING THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER. THE SNOW WILL ONLY
LAST 10 TO 15 MINUTES BUT A QUICK 1/10 INCH OF SNOW COULD
ACCUMULATE CREATING SLIPPERY TRAVEL AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES.
LOOK FOR THE BAND TO PUSH INTO WESTERN WISCONSIN BETWEEN NOON AND
12:30 PM. BE PREPARED FOR SLIPPERY TRAVEL.
