AT 222 AM CDT...RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL
OVER MITCHELL COUNTY. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE
THROUGH 330 AM WHICH COULD LEAD TO PONDING OF WATER AND POSSIBLY
LOCALIZED FLOODING.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH ARE ALSO POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.

OSAGE...ST. ANSGAR...RICEVILLE...LYLE...STACYVILLE...MITCHELL...
MCINTIRE...CARPENTER...BAILEY...AND TOETERVILLE.
