AT 421 AM CDT...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL
WERE AFFECTING MUCH OF NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN. THIS
RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE THROUGH AT LEAST 6 AM, AND WILL BRING ANOTHER
1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL.

DECORAH...OELWEIN...VIROQUA...WAUKON...WEST UNION...ELKADER...
LANSING...BOSCOBEL...POSTVILLE...WESTBY...MONONA...HILLSBORO...AND
FAYETTE.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL MAY CAUSE LOCALIZED PONDING OF WATER IN LOW
SPOTS. BE AWARE OF THIS RISK OVERNIGHT AND MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IF
NECESSARY. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH ANY FLOODED AREAS.

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS.
