GUSTY SOUTH WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WILL OCCUR THIS MORNING AS THE
RAIN COMES TO AN END. THESE WINDS SHOULD CONTINUE FOR A COUPLE OF
HOURS AFTER THE RAIN ENDS BEFORE DIMINISHING SOME. ONCE THE WINDS
SETTLE DOWN...EXPECT SOUTH WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.
