...Patchy Areas of Dense Fog This Afternoon...

Patchy areas of dense fog will persist into the early afternoon.
This fog may reduce visibilities to as low as a quarter mile at
times. This will be especially the on the ridge tops of southeast
Minnesota, northeast Iowa, and western Wisconsin.

If traveling, be prepared for rapidly changing visibilities over
short distances. Slow down and exercise caution.
