CLUSTERS OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN AND GUSTY WINDS
WERE TRACKING ACROSS FAR SOUTHERN MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST IOWA THIS
MORNING. THE HEAVIEST RAIN EXTENDED FROM NEAR PRESTON MINNESOTA...
SOUTHWARD ALONG HIGHWAY 63 THROUGH DAVIS CORNERS TO NEAR NEW HAMPTON
IOWA...AND WATERLOO.

BESIDES A QUICK HALF TO ONE INCH OF RAIN...THESE STORMS COULD
PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING.

DELAY OUTDOOR PLANS THIS MORNING AND WAIT FOR THIS WEATHER TO MOVE
THROUGH. WATCH FOR MINOR FLOODING OR PONDING OF WATER. TREES CAN
SOMETIMES TOPPLE WITH SUB SEVERE WIND GUSTS.
