VISIBILITIES ARE EXPECTED TO BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN A QUARTER
MILE AT TIMES. IF TRAVELING TONIGHT...SLOW DOWN...USE EXTRA
CAUTION AND USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS.
