...Reduced Visibilities in Fog Early This Morning...

Some fog has developed across parts of the area area early this
morning, especially near and south of Fayette to Elkader Iowa.
Some of the fog was locally dense, with visibilities of 1/2 mile
or less.

If driving early this morning, be alert for changing and reduced
visibilities due to fog. In areas of thicker and more persistent
fog, expect untreated roads to have some frost on them and be
slick in spots. Be especially careful at night when poor
visibilities in fog are compounded by darkness.
