...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL EARLY THIS MORNING...

PERIODS OF RAIN SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH
DAY BREAK THIS MORNING ACROSS NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHWEST
WISCONSIN. BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE WITH SOME OF THESE
STORMS WITH RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR EXPECTED.
SOME OF THE HEAVIEST RAINS HAVE BEEN IN WESTERN GRANT COUNTY
WISCONSIN INTO EASTERN CLAYTON COUNTY IOWA. THESE SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL SLOWLY TRACK TO THE EAST THIS MORNING...BUT
COULD REDEVELOP BACK TO THE WEST.
