A ROUGHLY 40 MILE WIDE BAND OF LIGHT SNOW AND FLURRIES WAS MOVING
EAST ACROSS THE AREA AT AROUND 30 MPH. MOST LOCATIONS WILL SEE A
DUSTING OF SNOW AT MOST...BUT A FEW SPOTS MAY SEE A QUICK TENTH OF
AN INCH OF SNOW AS THIS BAND MOVES ACROSS THE AREA. LOCATIONS MORE
LIKELY TO SEE MEASURABLE SNOW ARE AROUND WINONA MINNESOTA TO NORTH
OF LA CROSSE WISCONSIN...AND NORTH OF HIGHWAY 29 ACROSS CENTRAL
WISCONSIN. BE ALERT FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF SLIPPERY SPOTS ON
SOME UNTREATED ROADS THROUGH EARLY THIS AFTERNOON.
