AT 307 AM CDT...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL
ACROSS MITCHELL COUNTY. STORM SPOTTERS IN ST. ANSGAR REPORTED 1.85
INCHES OF RAIN IN ONE HOUR. THIS HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE PONDING
OF WATER AND POSSIBLY LOCALIZED FLOODING. SMALL STREAMS WILL ALSO
SEE RISES AND MINOR FLOODING IS POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY ALONG WILLOW
CREEK SOUTHWEST OF ST. ANSGAR. THE HEAVY RAINFALL WILL TAPER OFF
THROUGH 4 AM.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
OSAGE...ST. ANSGAR...RICEVILLE...STACYVILLE...MITCHELL...CARPENTER...
ORCHARD...AND TOETERVILLE.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS...AND MAY
CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED
