SOUTHEAST THROUGH SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...NORTHEAST IOWA...AND
WESTERN WISCONSIN. THESE SNOW SHOWERS MAY BRIEFLY DROP
VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN A HALF MILE...AND PRODUCE UP TO A HALF
INCH OF SNOW. IN ADDITION TO THE SNOW SHOWERS...NORTHWEST WINDS
MAY BRIEFLY GUST UP TO 40 MPH.
