TEMPERATURES HAVE FALLEN BELOW FREEZING ACROSS THE AREA AS OF 10
PM AND WILL CONTINUE TO DROP OVERNIGHT. MANY AREA ROADS HAVE A
THIN FILM OF MOISTURE ON THEM FROM RECENT WARM TEMPERATURES. WITH
COLDER TEMPERATURES OVERNIGHT...SOME OF THAT MOISTURE MAY
FREEZE...LEADING TO AREAS OF BLACK ICE DEVELOPMENT. IF TRAVELING
OVERNIGHT...REMAIN AWARE THAT AREAS THAT APPEAR TO BE WET MAY
ACTUALLY BE FROZEN.
