...AREAS OF DENSE FOG EXPECTED THIS MORNING...

THROUGH 830 AM...AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL BE SEEN ACROSS PARTS OF
WESTERN WISCONSIN...SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...AND NORTHEAST IOWA.
THIS FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN A QUARTER OF A MILE
IN SOME LOCATIONS. THIS FOG WILL DISSIPATE RAPIDLY BETWEEN 830 AM
AND 930 AM.

CHANGES IN VISIBILITIES.
