CALLS TO LAW ENFORCEMENT CENTERS ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST
MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST IOWA INDICATE VERY SLIPPERY CONDITIONS
DUE TO SNOWFALL AND TEMPERATURES FALLING BELOW THE FREEZING MARK.
PLAN ON SNOWFALL AMOUNTS THIS MORNING IN THE 1 TO 2 INCH RANGE.
GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUST NEARING 40 MPH
WILL COMPLICATE MATTERS WITH AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING. IF
TRAVELING THIS MORNING...USE EXTREME CAUTION. SLOW DOWN AND ALLOW
